Digestive health pouches.
Review survival, stability and delivery route before any live-culture claim.
Define the development brief
Review survival, stability and delivery route before any live-culture claim.
Ingredient candidates for review: ginger, peppermint, prebiotic or probiotic candidates. The list identifies possible screening inputs, not an approved composition.

Six configurable concepts
| Concept | Technical question | Your selection |
|---|---|---|
| Ginger botanical | Confirm ingredient identity, legal eligibility, target amount, taste and release requirements. | |
| Peppermint botanical | Confirm ingredient identity, legal eligibility, target amount, taste and release requirements. | |
| Prebiotic dose screening | Check whether a useful ingredient load fits the pouch; bulk-dose formats may need a different delivery system. | |
| Probiotic stability review | Specify strain, viable count, moisture control, storage and end-of-shelf-life verification; evidence must match the route of use. | |
| Botanical digestive | Confirm ingredient identity, legal eligibility, target amount, taste and release requirements. | |
| Mineral compatibility | Confirm ingredient identity, legal eligibility, target amount, taste and release requirements. |
Specification decisions
| Decision | What is confirmed |
|---|---|
| Ingredient amount | Set after ingredient-form, capacity and destination-market review; no default mg claim. |
| Pouch construction | Outer material, filling mass, moisture and intended residence time are evaluated together. |
| Can and pack count | Choose a source can; 16 or 20 pouches can be discussed as brief options, subject to fit testing. |
| Flavor direction | Ginger and mint are starting directions; the full 91-flavor list is available. |
| Shelf life | Assigned only after the agreed stability and packaging evidence is available. |
| Order quantity | 3,000 cans per SKU; at least 9,000 cans per order. |
Base and extended briefs
A base brief starts with one principal ingredient direction and a simpler sensory target. An extended brief may combine candidates only after compatibility, analytical methods, load and labeling implications have been checked. Adding ingredients can reduce the available space for the carrier and flavor system; it does not automatically improve the product.
For the United States, Europe and Australia/New Zealand, the legal category and permitted claims must be established for the specific product. General nutrient information does not prove efficacy of a finished oral pouch.
Choose the packaging and flavor
Compare can formats or explore flavor directions, then send the concept with your target market.

3,000 cans per SKU.
9,000 cans minimum total.
Questions worth settling.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 3,000 cans per SKU and at least 9,000 cans across the whole order. Three SKUs at 3,000 cans each is one valid example. Packaging tooling, ingredient suitability and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Are these finished formulas?
No. The eight clusters and 48 concepts are starting points for a development brief. Ingredient form, amount, flavor, pouch construction, pack count and labeling are agreed after feasibility and destination-market review.
Does the pouch dissolve?
A conventional oral pouch has a permeable outer material that is removed after use. It is different from an oral dissolving film. A dissolving format requires a separate delivery-system brief; do not assume the outer pouch dissolves.
Can I choose a can and flavor?
Yes. Review the 22 source can options and 91 flavor directions, then add your preferred options to the project brief. Flavor names describe sensory directions; they do not guarantee a particular ingredient composition or labeling claim.
Can you promise faster absorption or a fixed effective dose?
No general claim is made. Release from a pouch, mucosal transport and clinical performance are different questions. The selected ingredients, exposure time and finished formulation require evidence appropriate to the proposed claim.
What is needed for a quotation?
Send your target market, concept, ingredient preferences, intended claims, can selection, flavor, SKU count and total volume. A quotation follows technical review; sample charges, timing, tests and shipping are project-specific.
